Creative, mentor, entrepreneur, writer, speaker, content creator, meditation teacher - you name it!

Let me give you a lil intro to how my journey began.

My initiation began in 2018, when all I could ask myself were: “Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going?”

This led me on a deep self-discovery journey to the Himalayas, where I first studied Yoga & Meditation, then I travelled across Asia & Australia to learn a multitude of healing modalities & potent techniques for self-discovery. Eventually my path took me to Latin America for 3 years, where I lived with indigenous tribes, very wise elders, and reconnected back with my true self through nature.

My certified trainings include Authentic Relating, Meditation, Yoga, Permaculture, and various extensive online trainings. The work I share includes all the tools, techniques, resources and wisdom I have learned throughout my journey to help you awaken to your purpose, happiness, and a life of creative freedom.
