I’ve spent years devoted to knowing myself more deeply. To exploring a different way of life. I traveled to faraway places, experienced different cultures, gathered tools and techniques, and learned from some of the greatest teachers.

It wasn’t easy. The journey of self-discovery and awakening can be painful, lonely, and confusing. But it’s also filled with BEAUTY, ABUNDANCE AND LOVE.

Here’s what I’ve realized:

You don’t need to travel the world, dramatically alter your life, or spend years searching to come home to yourself. And you don’t have to do it alone.

You are already whole. You are your own muse. You create your reality with every step you take, every word you speak, and every thought you think.

This journey is about listening to your heart and intentionally creating your truth.

We'll use the same techniques and modalities I used in my healing journey to help you step into the loving, abundant, creative life you were always meant to live.

Our entire journey is designed intentionally to honor the cycle of life – the natural rhythm of your femininity. This is the foundation for your deeper connection to self and the secret to your power. Over the 3-month membership, we will ebb and flow between the four seasons:

1. Self-discovery

Winter (Menstruation)

Our first step to healing and change is self-reflection.This will be a beautiful process of discovery as we become the truth seekers by making the space, shifting our focus from the external to the internal world.

2. Wisdom

Spring (Follicular)

Time to look beyond ourselves. Our guest speakers are here to share their wisdom with us to ignite our curiosity, creativity, and inspiration, guiding us to reflect on our own paths to take actionable steps towards our dreams.

3. Embodiment

Summer (Ovulation)

Now you're ready to express your authentic voice and embrace your inner artist. It’s where we begin to show up as our own muse by dedicating time to creativity. We'll do this in our open studio sessions.

4. Community

Fall (Luteal)

Fall is a time to reflect and integrate. You will meet with The Muses every month. These monthly family gatherings are a safe space to share your challenges and successes, surrounded by sisterhood.

Meghan Bay is a writer, in devotion to guiding women through their self discovery journey. As she steps into a space of radical self love, acceptance and expression, she is passionate to share the knowledge and practices she has learned along the way with her community. She does this through her women’s circles, poetry workshops and individual soul sessions. In this poetry workshop, Meghan will create a space to explore the power of language, choosing feeling over knowing and allowing your creativity to flow with ease. Guiding you into a more open and intuitive path to creation, in art and in life.

Dominique

Seer

Dominique is a Seer who is in loving service to a New Humanity. She has been trained in the shadow, the realms of the unconscious and the underworld. In her sessions, she is able to read a person’s magnetic field, identify what is holding them back and guides them to reach their full potential. In this unique workshop, Dominique will read our group’s collective energy, allowing us to rise together as muses intentionally, and guide us to understand the power of our words to materialize our dream reality with daily mantras.

Freya is a multifaceted creative based on Bundjalung Country (Northern Rivers, Australia). With a fierce love for the world, she centres all elements of her work around translating and capturing the intricate beauty that exists in every moment and creating potent spaces of safety where women can feel free to be themselves, free to feel and free to love.

In this workshop, Freya softly invites you to embrace the wholeness of who you really are. Welcome and reclaim your weirdness, introspect into the forgotten aspects of self and return home to remembering: your authenticity is a gift to the world.

3. EMBODIMENT

THE STUDIO

In these Embodiment Sessions, you'll get a chance to express your inner artist.

We believe every woman is an artist. You just need a safe space to connect with your heart and explore your authentic voice.

Think about this session like an open creative studio where you'll dedicate time to expressing your soul.

4. COMMUNITY
